Ingredients & Tools For Lavender Lemonade

Lavender Syrup:

1 ½ cups Sugar or sugar equivalent sweetener

3 tbsp Lavender 

5 cups Filtered water 

Lemonade:

2  cups Lemon juice 

5 cups Filtered water

A medium saucepan

Measuring cups and spoons

A large pitcher or glass jar

A whisk or spoon

Directions 

  1. To begin, add 5 cups Filtered water and 1 ½ cups sugar in a saucepan. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. 
  2. Bring the sugar mixture to a light boil. 
  3. Add 3 tbsp Lavender, stir and remove from the heat. 
  4. Set aside until completely cool. 
  5. Once cool, strain the lavender buds from the simple syrup 
  6. While the lavender simple syrup is cooling, combine lemon juice and filtered water into a pitcher or large glass jar.
  7. Add the lavender simple syrup to the pitcher or container, stir and enjoy! 
  8. Optional- When serving, garnish with lemon slices and fresh lavender piece.
